And yet the richest people in the world were able to leverage themselves by creating and managing organizations of 10s of thousands of people. That is the very reason they are rich. For example, Bill Gates managed to create phenomenal leverage. He employs 70,000 people so he is leveraged 70,000 to 1. So how is it that with the imagination, vision, and dream of one person can come an organization of so much productivity. Very simple and very clever.
